A £10 surcharge will be added for pets.

Unfortunately due to recent price increases a £10 fuel surcharge will be added for bookings between

4 Oct 2008 and 26 April 2009. 

A deposit of 30% is required when booking, the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your holiday.

Short Breaks available from £180 – Please contact for further details.

The price includes all services and the hire of bed linen and towels.

Temporary Residents Parking Permits are available at £2 a day. There is limited free parking in Thanet Road

and much more free parking a five-minute walk away on the other side of the high street.

A security deposit may be requested. 

Cottages are let subject to availability. The price is subject to change without prior notice.
