One of the last remaining fisherman's cottages in the town of Broadstairs. 

This period, cosy cottage is ideally located to  enjoy all the amenities, being only  minutes 

walk from safe sandy beaches, pretty  harbour, shops, bars, pubs and the 

many restaurants within the town. It is also within walking  distance 

of the mainline railway station with a direct line to London rail terminals

Victoria /Charing X, Folkestone Eurotunnel 40 mins. Dover ferry 30 mins. 

Cathedral city of Canterbury 30 mins. Historical Cinque port  of Sandwich 

30 mins.   

There is full central heating as well as an open fire in

the sitting room for cosy winter stays. A small, sunny patio

garden is equipped with garden furniture for al fresco dining

and lockable shed for bicycles, beach equipment. Equipped, 

with washing machine, refrigerator, gas hob, electric

oven,  microwave, colour TV, DVD player and radio. There 

is also a selection of DVDs, games, books and puzzles.  

The cottage is one of a short terrace of fisherman’s cottages built around 1870.  

The accommodation is on two floors one  double bed room with an 

en-suite bathroom  and one twin room on the first floor, a  sitting 

room, kitchen diner and a separate  shower room with toilet and 

hand basin on  the ground floor.

Parking is possible outside the cottage to  unload. There are 

some free parking spaces  in Thanet Road, but it is advisable to 

purchase daily permits at the cost of £2  per day, this 

entitles you to park in residents' bays in nearby streets 

but not in the car parks.

All linen is included. Well-behaved pets are 

welcome by prior arrangement.  Please note that 

the staircase is quite steep and therefore may be

unsuitable for some people.
